About StudywithSaf

StudywithSaf is a Singapore-registered entity providing online English tuition and educational programmes. All services are delivered on a best-effort basis to support students’ learning and development.

2. Learning Outcomes

While lessons are designed to be engaging and effective, academic results or grade improvements are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on factors such as attendance, effort, and individual learning needs.

3. Attendance & Missed Lessons

Regular attendance is strongly encouraged.

If a student misses a lesson, a lesson recording will be made available, where possible, to support catch-up.

Recordings are meant to supplement learning and are not a replacement for live participation.

Access to recordings is temporary and typically available until the next scheduled lesson, after which it may be removed.

4. Lesson Recordings & Use of Materials

Lessons may be recorded for educational purposes.

Recordings and materials are for enrolled students only.

Access is provided for a limited duration and may be withdrawn at any time.

Recording, sharing, downloading, or distributing lesson content without permission is strictly prohibited.

All lesson materials and recordings remain the intellectual property of StudywithSaf.

5. Use of Students’ Work

From time to time, students’ written work (such as compositions, responses, or excerpts) may be used by StudywithSaf as sample or model answers for teaching, training, or educational resources.

Any work used will be anonymised, with all personal identifiers removed.

Such materials may be shared within classes or compiled into educational resources, including digital materials.

By enrolling, parents and students grant StudywithSaf permission to use students’ work for these purposes.

All student works remain the intellectual property of the student, while StudywithSaf retains the right to use them for educational and instructional purposes.

6. Fees, Withdrawals & Refunds

Fees are payable in advance.

Withdrawal Policy:

If a student withdraws before the programme begins, a full refund will be provided.

Once the programme has started, withdrawals made before the end of the term may be eligible for a partial refund, provided that at least two (2) weeks’ prior notice is given.

If a student withdraws during the term period without prior, considerable notice, a refund for the remaining lessons may not be provided.

All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account lessons already conducted and administrative arrangements made.

Missed lessons are not refundable, as lesson recordings are provided for catch-up.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

StudywithSaf reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.

8. Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

Reasonable changes to lesson schedules or programme details may be made when necessary. StudywithSaf is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or technical issues.

9. Liability

Any liability, where applicable, is limited to the fees paid for the relevant programme. StudywithSaf shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10. Agreement

By enrolling and making payment, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

StudywithSaf reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents and students will be informed of any significant changes.
